Good To Go - Update

Well folks, it has been a week since talking to Kelly at Good to go 520.org and oh my, still no action on my account event though according to Phyllis on Monday and Eric today, I had a Heat ticket on my account which means FAST reply and action. Hmm, it was issued last Friday and nothing. What the heck? They double dinged my account in less than a second. But to give me back a credit has now taken 10 days and counting! Go figure.
