Return To The Salt Mine

I had set the week up so I had two full days in the office. Who knew it was going to be a massive first day back. Processed over 800 emails and it was Administrative Assistant Appreciation Day so lunches all around. Financial requests put in and chatted with many staff. Stressed and feeling it but I'll get through. Pushed hard and made it through. But it was not without stress.I did not happen to mention that on Monday, upon my return from Portland, I got to enjoy a lovely tea with Lars and Anita. We celebrated Easter Monday and what a delight. It was also the annual White House Easter Egg Roll and this year I got one of their Eggs.
