Yes, the holiday weekend is just about over and it has been a joy. A lot of chores are done and a new computer in place at the cabinet. Helped Helene move a chair and then lunched on Hot & Sour Soup followed by Spicy Cucumber Salad. I do owe you an update on Saturday's dinner, but that will wait until tomorrow or so.
But for now, I bid you a good evening as I am off to enjoy an evening of PBS, my favorite night of the week.
