Hello all, what a festive weekend at Michael's home as I finally made it over for the first time this year. In addition to getting 3 cases of fresh packed tuna, we enjoyed some marvelous gourmet treasures. Here Michael is cooking away at the stove. Here is an amazing picture as Michael FLAMES the livers with cognac as a final step towards pure bliss and enjoyment. This caps the nearly two hours of caramelizing onions and that served as a bed for the sauteed livers and they were capped with a chopped egg and served with fresh bread. Truly a delight. We devoured the livers and wine. Bedtime followed soon.
