We Finally Found A Cafe

Yesterday, Carl & I headed off to Woodinville for breakfast and some wine tasting. Let me share from a loving heart-space...it is not easy to find a place for breakfast in this little hamlet. Seriously, it was a challenge! But did we score in the end.
Folks, I wanted to hold off on this place so it could get its' just desserts! Why? Well, let's start with comfort food without wondering about health codes -- that's what Woodinville Cafe delivers. Seriously, they offer many items that you can normally only get at a greasy spoon type of place, but there is no grease on these spoons.

Whatever you order, there will be a LOT of it. Breakfast any time, including delicious pancakes with many toppings and they have a version of potato pancakes you will find nowhere else! Oh and the bacon isn't cheap thin stuff, it's lovely, smoky bacon. That's a review from trying 4 strips myself.

The eggs, scrambled for me, are heavenly. Try the Monte Cristo, the chicken fried steak, as people around us did, they looked awesome. And be sure to order a home-made shake to go with your meal! They are sublime... and ginormous, but even better = peanut butter!

The service is super friendly and Lee made us laugh a lot. Atmosphere is much nicer than a diner, it makes you feel like you are on a train to great food. I can't get enough of this place... and there are others owned by the same proprietor. Mmmm, give it a try.
