This month we have had so much rain that while we were behind by nearly 5 inches of rain for the year, it has been made up and then some. It rained right through until about noon today and then the sun came out. It was a lovely afternoon and I spent about a half hour out on the balcony. It is quite lovely out there and at the same time I was amused in that across the street is a large parking lot of a bank. Well, it being Sunday, it was deserted and someone was using the space to learn how to drive. Oh the memories of doing that back years ago. Watching the jerking of putting on the brakes too fast and such was something to enjoy. Afterwards, it was back in and making a few more rounds of putting things away. Tonight is the next round of "The Amazing Race" and it will be fun to see who goes home next. Five teams are left.
