Last night Food Network celebrated their 20th anniversary with a multi-hour special with stories on how many of the current stars got their foot in the door and how it has changed over the years. If you did not see it, it will likely air several more times throughout the month as most of their shows do. It was fun to see how some of the food stars of today almost did not make it on the air and from the humble beginnings now the network is a full media tour de force. While some of the shows now are fun, it was a blast to look back at how simple some of the productions were. Oh to cherish the memories.
