The weathermen told us yesterday it was coming and indeed it has arrived. There have been power outages around the city and even in the neighborhood, but thankfully not our building.
It is days like this when not having to go out is such a good thing. The groceries have been delivered and my voting is done. Did clean up the apartment a bit in preparation of Jodie & Rob's arrival. But really not doing a lot other than enjoying the weather and all the swirling leaves.
