The city is all excited this morning about tomorrow's playoff game with New Orleans. Lots of blue and green lights plus every where you look outside you see people in blue clothing or game gear that is all in the blue and/or green colors. My gosh.
Top Pot Doughnuts is making a special doughnut while later this day the Space Needle will have the 12th Man Flag hoisted. As found on the Seahawks Blog: Seahawks fans will be singing the blues on Friday. In a very good way. “Blue Friday” is taking over Seattle as fans are encouraged to wear their Seahawks gear in support of the team for Saturday’s playoff game against the Saints at Qwest Field. Take a look at the other city-wide hubbub surrounding Blue Friday:

The City of Renton will host a pep rally at noon at its city hall. Free hot dogs and chips will be provided.
Fans are invited to buy a $10 Powerball with PowerPlay ticket from a Washington’s Lottery Kiosk. Fans will have the chance to instantly win prizes including: tickets to Saturday’s playoff game, Seahawks merchandise or Lottery promotional items. Forty tickets to the game will be given away in pairs of two. Fans must buy a $10 Powerball with PowerPlay ticket to be eligible.
