Catan & Seahawks

Every other week, I have the joy of having Moonsong come in and clean.  He is amazing.  Today, he and my friend Jeff came over and we played Catan. It was the first time to play for Damon.  He learned quickly.  Great game and it was funny. I play the game for fun and both times yesterday I ended up winning, much to the chagrin of two others. They are cut throat and so it is all the more amusing.

While it was wonderful to win, it was sad to see the Seahawks get victory ripped from their hands in the final 31 seconds of their game.  As they say, there is always next year.

Made an interesting dish this night of black beans, tuna and sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce over rice. We enjoyed dinner and then watched "Ghost Town" which was a fun and amusing movie, much needed before heading back into the salt mine
