After looking at alternatives and seeing that on average I will be saving $3,000 a year in rent and parking, I have come to terms that after 7 years, I will be vacating my apartment at Uwajimaya as of April 6, 2013. That is the end of my lease. I am only sorry that Equity does not really value long-term tenants, but prefers to seek out the short term renters. But then, I do not have all their algorithms and reports, etc. that tells them it is the way to go.
