Copper River Salmon - Part II

Yes indeed folks, tonight Markie is over and we are going to enjoy a "gift" from Amazon Fresh. I ordered a delivery last Friday evening. Well, with the traffic of Chinatown on a Friday plus a home Mariner's game the driver could not find a place to park. His supervisor would not allow him to double park and so I agreed to a Saturday morning delivery. Well, there was a 1 lb. fillet of Copper River Salmon added in. I called and they said it was a gift for being so agreeable in the delivery adjustment. Heck, bring on the gifts...this is #5 now. A bag of produce, a bouquet of flowers (twice), a coffee mug and now salmon.

You just can't beat that. It will be paired up with fresh steamed green beans and a cucumber + tomato salad with a blue cheese vinaigrette. Simple and clean and delicious. Hope that all of you are able to enjoy a nice fresh dinner and we will touch base again real soon. Cheers!

  2. Shucks, Chris......us farmers eat fresh all summer long. Last night we were full up on stuff I grew in the veggie garden and even had our first home-grown tomatoes of the year......
